Hi! I'm Annä Slater. I have been in the jewelry industry for over 25 years and have gained a reputation for attention to detail, eye-catching designs, and outstanding customer service. I provide Concierge jewelry service for your jewelry repairs, appraisals, purchases, custom designs, and my specialty: restyling. 

The depth of my knowledge has come from my time working with well-known Alaskan Geologist, Kay Hoch. As his personal assistant and store manager, I received invaluable hands-on instruction in gemstone identification, diamond education and appraisal technique. 

In 1995 I moved to Washington and began working in custom jewelry design and manufacture, and specialty restyling for Sachi Fine Jewelry in Snohomish. Purchasing, merchandising, marketing and display were all part of my daily routine, but the fun was in meeting with clients and guiding out a design solution or perfect realization of their vision and then executing it. This takes a healthy knowledge of design, freehand sketching and/or working with a CAD model, the fabrication process, the existing manufacturers as a possible resource, the stones and precious metals that will be involved, and the pricing structures, so there are no surprises. Also, communication and relationships are key; my affiliations with my goldsmith and wax carver are long-time, solid friendships. I can count on my team to execute the highest level of detail and precision in my designs. 

For the past 10 years I have worked through nothing but personal referrals. I have no storefront. I am a “concierge” jeweler, for 2 reasons: 1) I have increased the fun portion of my daily routine, and 2) I have decreased the overhead costs, therefore I am not only more convenient for the client but also less expensive. I have a collection of beautiful, high quality, ready-made pieces on hand and a wide selection of merchants you can choose to order from.
